The room had a stuffy smell to it that was quite bothersome. The front desk staff was not very engaging, one of the other front desk staff came over to let me know that they would be right with me while the front desk person infront of me who was supposed to be helping me just kept her head down. I just did not feel very welcome or acknowledged. I will say the pool and restaurant staff were lovely.

1. Checkin was long and confusing. 2. 45 minute wait for waiter to arrive at dinner. Dishes were dirty. 3. Tissue box in room was full of used tissues. 4. Toilet very slow to flush, stopped up. Price too high for this experience. Stay somewhere else

We were told that 4 rooms were out of commission so they moved us to another hotel that was not comparable - nice people there but very loud with board like beds. No hot water. Luckily we had a car but no connection on phone to get directions to the new hotel.

The room was clean and the staff were excellent and the food was good also. The check in was the only thing that went haywire. A lot of rooms not ready after check in time, by like an hour or more. They ended up changing our room because there was a mistake somewhere.
