It can accommodate 6 to 8 people (9 with an extra bed), ideal for family holidays or group of friends.
It has 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a large living room with a sitting area and fireplace.
An outdoor area is reserved for the inhabitants of the cottage with a large garden table, deckchairs, a barbecue, games ... You will sometimes meet sheep, lambs or small goats grazing in the neighboring meadow.
The cottage is located 35 minutes from the beaches, near LAMBALLE (15mn) of the medieval cities of DINAN (35mn) and Moncontour (25mn), Lake Jugon (10mn) (water sports, fishing and swimming pool with water park).

Gîte au calme
Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans le gîte de Sophie. Elle est disponible et de bons conseils, les enfants ont apprécié la visite auprès des chèvres et des moutons et les jeux mis à disposition quand le temps fût un peu mauvais. Le gîte et le terrain sont spacieux et situés bien au calme dans la campagne bretonne. Un endroit idéal pour se reposer.

Très bon séjour en famille à tous points de vue
Maison spacieuse, très propre, offrant le luxe d'une salle de bain complète pour chacune des quatre chambres, terrasse et barbecue, accès à un beau jardin.
Situation à la campagne, calme, belles visites dans les environs et plages à environ 30-45 minutes.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille, hôtes charmants, très à l'écoute.Notre petite fille a aussi aimé rendre visite aux chèvres et nous cueillir des mirabelles!
Nous reviendrons!
