We did love the villa, it was perfect for our family. The pool was fabulous and kept the children entertained. The position is great for the beaches and the town. Plenty of choice for restaurants etc.The only comment would be the cleanliness could be improved, and maybe re-plaster the patches that have come off up the stairway. So many people going up and down the stairs bits kept falling off.

Excellent property, within walking distance of town and beach, but steep uphill coming back, pool was superb, everything we needed was in the property.one comment would be that the bar-b-que and utensils were filthy, and should have been cleaned for the next stay.

Het verblijf was groot genoeg voor 9 personen met mooie badkamers en slaapkamers en ook alle voorzieningen in de keuken. Het zwembad was de max! Jammer dat er niet voor allemaal een ligzetel aan het zwembad was. De ligging van het huis was ook top, dicht bij de zee en het dorpje, alles kon te voet. Wat jammer dat de vuilbakken op de oprit bleven staat , geurhinder.

Schöne Zeit in Pléneuf Val-André

Wir sind mit zwei Familien (8 Personen) angereist. Dank der 7 Schlafzimmer hatte quasi jeder ein eigenes Zimmer als Rückzugsort. Der Pool war fantastisch. Wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Das Haus war teilweise zweckmäßig, aber durchgängig schick eingerichtet. Hier könnte man noch mehr draus machen, aber es hat nichts gefehlt. Ich hätte mir noch bequemere Sitzmöglichkeiten gewünscht, aber das ist nur meine Einzelmeinung. Alle anderen waren zufrieden. Es gab nur eine Gelegenheit bei der wir Francks Hilfe brauchten. Darauf hat er sehr schnell reagiert und unkompliziert geholfen. Vielen Dank.

Maison bien située

Ce fut comme d'habitude un séjour en Bretagne extrêmement positif. la maison est bien située à mi chemin entre le casino et les commerces. La plage à 600m. Maison bien équipée, piscine chauffée qui nous a permis d'en profiter pleinement et enfin l'accueil de Franck et sa gentillesse. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à Pleneuf

Bon séjour dans les côtes d'Armor.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le gîte de Franck! Le lieu est magnifique et pas loin de la plage. Le soleil était au rdv pour profiter de la piscine. L hote était bienveillant ! A recommander.

Beautiful holliday home near the sea

We had a great time with our friends and children in this spacious holliday home. Our kids loved the heated swimming pool. The sea and city center is in walking distance. Greatly recommended.
