Nous avons séjourner 1 semaine au val andre , très satisfait dans l’ensemble avec quelques petits détails qui ne sont pas précisés dans l’annonce comme ( la taille très petite de la salle de bain) la maison est raisonnable pour 4 personnes mais pas plus . Néanmoins très agréables . Je recommande

Vacances à Pléneuf Val André

La maison est bien située et bien équipée mais malheureusement l'entretien de la maison laisse à désirer (état de la literie pas très propre, moisissures et présence de cafards: certainement dû à l'humidité et au manque d'aération)... Dommage... Malgré tous, nous avons passé de bonne vacances. La région est super....nous avons beaucoup exploré, randonnée et plages...

Appréciation

Maison correcte, sans plus. Propreté limite, pas de papier WC ni éponge ni produit nettoyant pour nettoyer un minimum la salle de bain. Par ailleurs, pas de place de parking, sinon sur la rue, qui en cas de travaux, n'est pas accessible. Prix trop onéreux pour les prestations offertes. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Très bien pour un couple . Situation idéale , proche de la mer et du centre ville. Excellent accueil de Baptiste . Magnifiques randos sur le Gr 34.

Petite maison idéalement placée.

Bien placée, bien équipée, juste un four à rajouter et se serait parfait. Tout peut se faire à pied. Penser à changer les transats, juste un en bon état.Merci pour l’accueil de Baptiste.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec notre petite fille qui souhaitait rester plus longtemps. Le point fort de cette maison est sa situation géographique, proche de la mer et une petite cour avec terrasse où nous avons mangé la plupart du temps.

Petite maison super bien placé à 50 m de la plage et proche de tous commerces , nous avons tout fait à pied . Les environs sont tout simplement magnifiques, le cap d’erquy est vraiment à faire , Leatitia a été de très bon conseil , en proposant toutes les activités à faire dans le coin , merci beaucoup , nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre région

Maison sale accueil nul

À l’arrivée nous avons fait 2 heures de ménage avant de poser quelques affaires ( les rangements sur place sont encombrés de divers choses appartenants au propriétaire ). Nous étions quatre ( 2A 2E) dans ce logement proposé pour six personnes. Le clic-clac en bas ne peut s’ouvrir ( table très lourde devant ). Le clic-clac en haut là où il y a le lit s’ouvre mais bloque l’ouverture de la porte pour descendre au RDC. Le lit de 140 est creux, mal à dos assuré ! Matelas mémoire de forme HS. La minuscule SDB à l’étage incluant l’unique WC est accessible uniquement aux personnes minces. Des absorbeurs d’humidités et pots de fleurs en plastique décor le lieu. Ceci pour le prix de 900€ la semaine du 23 au 30/07/22. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement, de plus nous apprenons par le voisinage et le service de conciergerie que ce n’est pas la première fois que les vacanciers comme nous sont mécontents de ce bien proposé en tant que tel à la location. Et que pour ce prix au Val André il y a des Propriétaires respectueux qui demandent que ça de louer à des petites familles comme la nôtre.
