Perfektes Haus zum Entspannen und in bester Lage

Wir konnten das Haus ohne Termindruck ĂŒber einen SchlĂŒsselsafe ĂŒbernehmen. Zu Beginn hatten wir ein Problem mit unserem Auto. Sehr hilfsbereite Nachbarndie Möglichkeit, den Stress jederzeit im Wellnessbereich des Hauses loszubekommen, haben uns sehr geholfen. Auch bei den Vermietern hĂ€tten wir uns jederzeit melden können. Jedes Zimmer hat EinbauschrĂ€nke, in denen man alles unterbringt. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequemwaren bei unserer Ankunft frisch bezogen. Der Garten ist von den NachbarhĂ€usern aus zwar einsehbar, man fĂŒhlt sich aber nicht beobachtet. Er ist schönmit bedacht angelegtinzwischen von einem dichten Zaun umgeben. Die Pflanzen sind gut gewachsen. Zwei BĂ€umchen wurden so gepflanzt, dass man mit den LiegestĂŒhlen Schatten findet. Durch das Schiebedach ist der Pool auch bei kĂ€lterem Wetter schön warm. Im Lounge-Bereich sitzt man bequem - hier hat uns manchmal eine Möglichkeiten zum Schatten spenden gefehlt. Das Haus liegt ideal: 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum BĂ€cker, 15 an den Plage des NouĂ«lles. Die Tide ist sehr hoch - bei Ebbe kann man hier unheimlich gut Muscheln sammeln. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten im großen Supermarkt mit Tankstelle, in ca 1 Stunde in Saint-Malo Ploumanac'h. Danke an Laurent&Sophie fĂŒr das Willkommens-GeschenkdafĂŒr, dass Sie immer erreichbar sind!Wir haben unser Herz an die Bretagne verloren und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. À une autre fois... Au revoir!

What an amazing house!

We loved this house, it is so beautifully done, everything is well thought through and there for your comfort. The pool is fantastic and the cover was great on the one day we had rain. The garden is beautiful and the perfect place to relax, but there is also the sauna and hot tub if the weather isn’t kind. Thank you for a fab stay!

Nice house with everything to feel good.

The house was just what it looked in the pictures. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. The teenage girls especially liked the pool, the heating was good, because the weather was not so warm as expected in summer. It was calm. The owners were very friendly.

Tolles Haus, allerdings ist die Lage in einem Neubaugebiet zwar ok aber eben auch nicht besonders toll. Ansonsten super eingerichtet, toller Pool und sehr ruhig. Und hat es gut gefallen.

De loin la plus belle maison dans laquelle nous ayons jamais séjourné. Superbement équipée, rien n'a manqué. La piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna sont super et la maison est trÚs calme. Nous avons merveilleusement bien dormi. Des hÎtes trÚs gentils ! Nous nous sommes sentis trÚs à l'aise, il n'y a rien à améliorer. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute l'année prochaine.

Nous avons adorĂ© notre semaine chez Sophie et Laurent. On les remercie encore pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans une maison de rĂȘve avec un effet waaouh dĂšs qu'on pousse la porte de l'entrĂ©e: intĂ©rieur moderne, soignĂ©, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, spacieux, lumineux et surtout trĂšs confortable. ExtĂ©rieur magnifique avec jardin paysager, terrasse ombragĂ©e et une trĂšs belle piscine qui peut ĂȘtre recouverte en cas de mauvais temps. Des prestations haut de gamme comme le jacuzzi, sauna, plancha.......bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de trĂšs belles vacances et de bons moments en famille. Environnement calme, reposant et proche de toutes commoditĂ©s. Emplacement idĂ©al pour visiter St Brieuc, Binic, Paimpol.....et ses nombreuses plages. On recommande vivement cette adresse pour vos futurs vacances en Bretagne. Nous on a qu'une seule envie...y revenir!

Vacances de rĂȘve ! Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines fabuleuses Ă  la villa Coccolithes de Sophie et Laurent. C'est une villa neuve, moderne, claire et lumineuse oĂč chaque Ă©lĂ©ment de dĂ©coration est pensĂ© avec beaucoup de soin et de goĂ»t. Elle est trĂšs confortable, bien conçue et bien Ă©quipĂ©e afin que nos vacances se dĂ©roulent le mieux possible. Les grandes baies vitrĂ©es lui confĂšrent une impression " dedans-dehors " des plus apprĂ©ciables et que ce soit Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ou dans ce trĂšs beau jardin zen ( on a adorĂ© ! ) l'atmosphĂšre est Ă  la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© et Ă  la dĂ©tente. PropretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, literie confortable, piscine bien chauffĂ©e, jacuzzi top, et en bonus le sauna. Sophie et Laurent sont adorables et nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de sympathiques attentions de bienvenue. Leur organisation est Ă  souligner car nous avons reçu en amont de notre arrivĂ©e des informations trĂšs utiles concernant la villa et sur place nous avons eu Ă  notre disposition tout un book sur la rĂ©gion, les activitĂ©s, les lieux Ă  visiter etc...+ les diverses plaquettes de bonnes adresses et de beaux endroits. La rĂ©gion est magnifique, mention spĂ©ciale pour la vallĂ©e du Goedic et le parc zoologique de Tregomeur, une vraie belle dĂ©couverte Ă  la fois animale et vĂ©gĂ©tale. Un grand merci, Sophie et Laurent, pour tout, nous vous souhaitons le meilleur et un bel avenir Ă  Coccolithes ! J'espĂšre que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir...

De vraies vacances

Une maison bien pensĂ©e, joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e oĂč il fait bon passer une semaine. JournĂ©es bien remplies grĂące aux balades Ă  proximitĂ© puis dĂ©tente dans la piscine, le jacuzzi et/ou le sauna. Bref, de vraies belles vacances, le beau temps en prime.
