Become a guest in this exceptional vacation home with private pool and panoramic sea view, 160 meters from the beach. From the terrace, the pool, the living room and the second floor of this bright detached villa in Pleubian in the Côtes d'Armor, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the blue of the Atlantic Ocean and the changing colors of the sky. This apartment is decorated in a clean and contemporary style with large windows. It features sofas surrounding a wood-burning fireplace and a beautiful kitchen. It is ideally located for exploring the Breton coast, its beaches and the surrounding area.

The town of Pleubian is best known for its Sillon de Talbert, a sand and pebble bank unique in Europe, an ornithological reserve, but also for protecting the highest cliffs in Brittany. Stroll through the town's market on Saturday mornings and enjoy concerts, guided tours and historical walks organized from April to October.

Visit Paimpol, its alleys and restaurants by the harbor. There, take the restored ancient steam train to discover spectacular landscapes.

Do not miss the semaphore Crec'h Maout, from which you can contemplate the famous lighthouse of Héaux, listed as a historical monument, defying violent sea currents from the top of its 57 meters high, about ten kilometers northwest of the island.

Besides incomparable landscapes, Brittany is known for its extremely rich gastronomy, seafood platters, stews, Morlaix ham, semi-salted butter, buckwheat pancakes, Kouign Amann and Far Breton.

Literie abominable, sommiers renforcs é par du carton .séjour avec une partie de stockage vieux transats , nombreux éléments d'extérieur entassés , parsol ... Chambre 2 lits pas de rangements étagères encombrées par un stockage de couvertures, et autres linges inutiles au locataire . Buanderie remplie par un stockage de vieux meubles . Cuisine pas de rangements disponibles pour les produits alimentaires. Frigo porte de freezer cassée donc pas de possibilité de garder des produits surgelés. Confort de salle à manger très moyen bancs en bois . Piscine non chauffée alarme non active non opérationnelle scotchée (NON CONFORME À LA RÉGLEMENTATION FRANCAISE) Terrasse envahie par la végétation 1/3 non utilisable . Dommage dans un site aussi magique de proposer une maison non qualitative Piscine non utilisable car souvent à l'ombre pas de bâche pour maintenir la température .

VUE MAGNIFIQUE

La maison est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle mais pour nous le point négatif est la piscine qui est non chauffée. Nous n'avons pas pu nous y baigner car la température était entre 14 et 16° max.
