Come and relax in our large 250m² Breton property, in a peaceful seaside setting. The beach is at the end of the garden. You'll enjoy breathtaking sea views everywhere. Located at the very end of a wild peninsula, Kermohic is the ideal base for exploring the Cotes d'Armor. Shops 3 minutes away by car.
Maximum comfort: large open-plan living room, 6000m2 garden, large sofa, wifi throughout, home cinema, fireplace, BBQ, 2 large fridges, connected food processor, raclette, wine cellar, SodaStream, waffle, pizza oven...
The master bedroom: beautiful upstairs bedroom, 20m², very bright with panoramic sea and garden views. Bed 180x200. For seclusion or teleworking: wifi, electric desk, armchair, flat-screen TV. En-suite WC and bathroom.
The 30m² "master" suite is in contemporary Breton style, with a queen-size bed (160x200), private toilet and bathroom, and sea view. A third large bedroom on the ground floor, accessible from the main entrance, is Zen in style. It has its own shower room, laundry room (with washing machine + dryer) and 2 WCs. Here too, relaxing sea views and a king-size bed (180x200).
