We had the absolute best stay! The service was above and beyond, so friendly and helpful. Ozi was sweet and funny, and the manager gave us fabulous tips for the park. Breakfast was amazing with tons of options, including gluten free. Dinner had several flexible options and both dinners we had were fantastic. The rooms were immaculate, bathroom spacious, and the beds firm and comfortable (amazing pillows!) We highly recommend this adorable, accommodating, well-appointed B&B. Side note: it’s a bit off the beaten path in a good way; you will feel like you’re driving into a farm/residential area, but don’t be scared. It’s totally worth it. Keep going! There will be a sign at property entrance. Google directions are trustworthy, even when you think they’re not 😁And a very relaxing atmosphere after a day full of crowds, crowds, crowds at the park. Thank you, Plitvice Cottages, for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful small hotel on the quiet side of the National Park. The staff are lovely and welcoming and want to ensure that you enjoy all that the park has to offer. Rooms are large, clean and inviting.

The room was nice and new. There were only a few outlets so we took turns charging our phones, and we were not given the wifi password and couldn’t access the tv or our phones. Luckily we both like to read. Other than that the location was good, the grounds were nice and the food was good too. We also got great directions to do the park which helped us a lot.

We really enjoyed our time at Plitvice Falls cottage. It is in the perfect location to access the waterfalls! The workers were very courteous and recommended a local restaurant to us that was delicious! The room was very comfortable as well. Highly recommend!

Look, they are trying really hard and I hate to give them this review but calling yourself a bed and breakfast when breakfast isn’t included is very misleading. Additionally, they have to list that their restaurant only accepts cash in their hotel listing. Yes, they sent an email but when you’re on a trip sometimes you aren’t available to check it. Also a lot of times Hotels.com and other hotels send you a bunch of junk so it ends up in spam boxes. Not accepting credit card almost forced us to go into town and get cash seems ridiculous, especially since it was for breakfast that was not included at a B&B.

We were very welcomed by Aussie (not correct spelling) and also Jasmine. They continually provided assistance and tips for the area.The meals and service were excellent. This is a lovely location with accessibility to Plitvice National Park. The room was spacious and lovely.

We had the top floor of the cottage. It was comfortable and great for our family for one night. It was convenient to get to Plivitce Falls. We did eat dinner and breakfast there, since it was raining and we didn't feel like driving out. Dinner (off season price, I believe) was $30 a person; the mushroom soup was delicious, dessert was good, the chicken and the pork entree were fine. The fish, I would stay away from. It was called tuna (I still have my doubts) but it was very fishy and not cooked evenly, I had a hard time finishing it. Then I spent part of the night googling "What happens if you eat bad fish?" Turns out I was fine, nothing happened. Just don't order the fish. Breakfast was good $20/pp. In the top floor, there is only one heater for the whole apartment, which sits in the living space, so if you close the doors at night the heat doesn't go between rooms. There are air conditioners in each room. Also, there is nowhere to hand a towel in the bathroom, which is a little odd but not a huge deal. Would I go back? Maybe, it is convent to the gorgeous park by it and you can stop and see the waterfalls easily along the way. The host was wonderful too and I met the cook and she was very nice.

I stayed with the family (children age 7 and 4). The charged breakfast to children at the same rate as adults. We traveled all over the world and this was the first time ever we were charged breakfast, not to say at adults price. Very disappointing!

The Staff was fantastic. They were so helpful with tips about visiting the park - which was beautiful- and we had great service in the dining area. The food was delicious- especially the dinners. We ate there both nights of our stay - it was so convenient. Just make sure you have cash for the meals at checkout. They don’t accept credit cards.

Lovely spot, with large, clean rooms and beautiful surrounding grounds, but the real gem of the Cottage was its host, Jasmin. She made our stay great with her well-informed knowledge of the park and area, and her very kind and helpful ways. I would highly recommend staying at the Cottage for its amenities, proximity to the parks less-busy entrance, but especially for the staff's personal touch.

The property on the whole was pretty good and it's proximity to the Plitvice Falls Park is great. We also would like to mention that the owners Silvia and her son Dominik are great and really do care about their guests and their comfort. But there is one glaring issue we had at the property which we cannot ignore is the very poor and outright rude behavior of the receptionist Jasmine at the location. She didn't care about where we had arrived from and how long it took to get there and her whole demeanor when we arrived at the location to checkin was off and just not we expect from a person working in the hospitality business. She either needs to shape up and be courteous to her guests in the very least or find another job. I would not like to get into details about her behaviour or lack of courtesy but she left a bad impression for us from this stay. But I would I would also like mention that we interacted with the cleaning lady there and she was the best! She was so courteous, kind and gentle. An amazing person even if she spoke little to no English. She is the only positive about the staff working at that property.
