Located in Plouhinec, on the Ria d'Etel, this charming duplex apartment offers a spectacular view of the entrance to the Ria and the Port of Etel. The small port of Vieux Passage and its family beach are a 2-minute walk away. The setting is soothing.

Very friendly and comfortable, this apartment will be the ideal base for a memorable holiday stay as a couple or with family and to discover the region under the best conditions.



This apartment will delight you with its location, comfortable layout, and spectacular sea view.

It consists of a beautiful common area (living room, dining room and kitchen) with full South exposure, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet.

On the upper floor, the sleeping area will seduce the younger ones, with its cabin-style sloping layout with a small dormer window overlooking the kitchen. It is rather recommended to accommodate children.



Access to the apartment is via a staircase located at the rear of the house.

The entrance to the apartment has a storage and laundry area. A staircase leads to the apartment on the second floor of the house. It is a duplex, with a bedroom on the first level and a sleeping area on the second level.

Access to the sleeping area (children's bedroom) is via a staircase that is not easily accessible to very young children. This area is not enclosed.

The house is located near the Etel Ria, 500m from essential shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store and wine cellar). The town centre of Plouhinec and its supermarket are 5 minutes by car. Market in Plouhinec on Wednesday and in Belz on Sunday.

From the house, through the very quiet small streets, you can directly access the small port of the old passage and hiking trails.



To see:

Near the Lorois bridge, which spans the Ria d'Etel, its location allows you to easily reach Belz, enjoy the port of Etel's activities, visit the megalithic sites of Erdeven and Carnac, stroll along the quays of Saint Cado, discover Quiberon Bay and enjoy the multiple nautical activities offered.

On the Plouhinec side, you easily access the beaches of Linès, Kervégant and Magouëro, an opportunity to practice various sports activities while admiring the beautiful landscape.

Close to Lorient, Vannes, Auray.



Also visit the charming little port of Vieux Passage, the oppidum of Mané-Coh-Castel, the Gallo-Roman Villa of Mané-Vechen and the numerous natural and megalithic sites in the surrounding area.
