Calm and comfort in this spacious and bright house (2 bdrms. 4 pers.), facing south with enclosed garden, near the hiking trail GR34.

We are both from the area: Plounéour-Brignogan-plages and Plouguerneau (Abers country). We live in Lesneven 10 minutes from the cottage.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA. The sea and the GR34 are 2km away. White sand beaches and water sports 4km away, Brignogan lighthouse 6km away. Océanopolis Brest 38km away for a unique journey across the oceans. La Récré amusement park and its dozens of attractions for young and old a half hour drive away. Ideally located for going from Roscoff (departure from Ile de Batz) to Conquet (departure from Molène and Ouessant islands) via Les Abers and the Côte des Légendes. Not to mention the parish enclosures, a unique architectural ensemble.
And the favorite of holidaymakers: the site of Meneham 6 km away, a former fishing and seaweed village, offers you a nature walk by the sea.

THE HOUSE.
The rental is Marie Jo's family home. The house dates from 1916 and will welcome you warmly despite its great age! We have completely renovated it.
While keeping a traditional side, we have emphasized comfort and modern equipment to allow you to relax and recharge your batteries in our cottage. You will have a kitchen open to a living room. The wood pellet stove will guarantee you a warm atmosphere in the house. You will also find a cellar and a toilet. Upstairs, you will have a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with shower room, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), a bathroom, a mezzanine, toilet. Enclosed garden (vegetation, fence, fence), 2 deck chairs, barbecue and terraces. Covered shelter, swings, slide.
Travel light with baby: Baby bed, high chair and changing mat on request, child safety barrier.
All charges are included in our price (towels provided free of charge). The beds are made upon your arrival.
Our gite is located in a small hamlet of about ten houses.

A deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Deposit refundable if there is no damage.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
