Welcome to this superb wooden house, modern and warm, located facing the ocean and the wild beach of Ru Vein in Plovan, an unmissable surf spot. Perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child in a peaceful and rejuvenating setting. You will enjoy a large garden with direct access to the beach, as well as garden furniture and a barbecue for your meals facing the sea. Each evening, let yourself be enchanted by the splendid sunsets on the horizon. Plovan beach is supervised in July and August, where you can take long walks and take surf lessons. At Penhors, just 5km away, you will also find surf lessons, land yachting and restaurants.
Pass through the front door and discover a large, bright living space of 56 m², with sea views and direct access to the garden. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need for cooking. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table or prefer the one in the garden in summer. In the evening, settle comfortably in the lounge area, facing the ocean.
The house has three bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), storage space and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom, also on the ground floor, includes a bunk bed (for two children), a single bed (90x190 cm) and a wardrobe. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a magnificent sea view and has a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) as well as a chest of drawers.
A small lounge area with a small desk is also located upstairs.
Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one upstairs with shower and toilet, the other on the ground floor with shower as well. An independent toilet is also available on the ground floor.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
Three vehicles can be parked in the courtyard, and a secure storage room is at your disposal for storing your bicycles and boards.
