Clean, well presented room just a shame there was a ‘nightclub’ across the road from our room. Was so loud my husband could hear through ear plugs! Lucky him that he had some to begin with. If we’d stayed more than one night we would have asked to be moved…

Computer issues at check in resulting in a 40 minute wait just to get a room key. Overall impression of the hotel is that it is dated. Definitely not in the right price category compared to other, more modern hotels in the area.

The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Staff were brilliant, food at breakfast lovely - only let down was parking and directions to hotel from car park - I'm a Blue Badge Holder so needed closer proximity and ideally, no stairs but ended up having to go up 3-4 flights owing to poor signage/directions.

Woke up at 5am with noise from the traffic I went to the window and it wouldn’t close it was broken so no more sleep for me also the walls are so thin it sounded like I was sat next to the person next door watching football at 7am

A great stay, especially with the free upgrade, birthday card and extras such as free drinks and snacks vouchers. The room was great with a comfortable bed and view. The only niggles that stopped it being excellent were the empty tango bottle and biscuit wrapper on top of the wardrobe, cleaners not up to scratch!!!, breakfast was a bit shambolic as our order was lost as no buffet for hot food. The bathroom needs updating as the shower is fixed head only and the shower curtain was too short and grubby. As for the parking, don't use suggested 'Britannia Car Park', even Receptionist was glad we didnt due to complaints. We parked in Drakes Circus Shopping Centre for £15 for 24hrs and just across the road so still very convenient without being ripped off by the other dodgy offering. Would definitely stay again though.
