3 BR/2 BA Renovated Lakefront Retreat w/ private dock, canoe/kayak, fire pit!
Red Maple Rambler- named after the large red maple tree in the front yard. A lakefront home in the Arrowhead Lake Community. Recently renovated, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen, and an expansive sun-room overlooking a 235 acres lake. Guests have access to the private floating dock for fishing and a 3 person canoe and 2 person kayak are availableto to use. Life jackets are also provided.
The house does not have air conditioning. There are large ceiling fans in the living spaces and oscillating fans in the bedrooms. Also, there is usually a strong cool breeze coming off of the lake. We have never felt the need for air conditioning during our stay.

We will pre-register you with Arrowhead Lake Community and then you will get a reimbursement request from us, for the fees requested by Arrowhead Lake community. The registration fee of $20 is non refundable, and no changes can be made within 72 hrs prior to your arrival.
Arrowhead Community fees are as follows:
$20 registration fee
$20 gate card (per car)
$8.50/day per person over the age of 6 from May 24th until Sept 2nd or $2/person per day during the off season.
$100 last minute registration fee if the information is not submitted at least 72 hrs prior to check in date.
