Security: We have three exterior cameras: one at the entrance pointing toward the driveway, one at the porch area facing the front entrance, and one in the hub/cabana facing the backyard and pool. All cameras are motion-activated, record short 7-second videos at a time, and are active during reservations.
House Rules & Policies:
Minimum Age to Rent/book: Must be 25 or older.
No Smoking Indoors: A $1000 fee will be charged for violations.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 8 AM. A $500 fine applies for each noise disturbance violation.
No Fireworks: Township and Fire Department impose a $5000 fine for violations.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any fines or tickets resulting from violations or inappropriate behavior in the house or neighborhood.
Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee (contact us to confirm). Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $100 penalty.
Pets: We welcome up to two dogs, a pet fee of $200 will be charged, with the expectation that they not be allowed on beds or furniture at any time.
Garbage Disposal: To prevent attracting wildlife such as bears and deer, we kindly ask guests not to throw out garbage in outdoor areas during their stay. Please store all garbage securely indoors in the provided kitchen trash bin until check-out. On the morning of your departure, place sealed garbage bags in the designated pickup area. Garbage collection is scheduled weekly on Fridays. A $50 fee may apply for improper garbage disposal that attracts wildlife or requires additional cleanup.
Guest access:
The entire property is private to you and your group—you will not share with anyone else.
Enjoy 24/7 remote access and keypad entry to the home. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Self check-in with a keypad; the code will be provided on the morning of check-in.
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the following:
The locked owners' closet in the inside bar
The locked water treatement closet in the laundry area
The separate, standalone two-car garage.
