Hotel limpo em todas as suas áreas, pessoal do atendimento todos muito amáveis e café da manha muito bom, porem estão pecando em algo simples, ficamos 4 noites, no check-in nos deram 2 micros sabonetes e duas toalhas, com estes sabonetes e toalhas passamos os 4 dias, nos três primeiros dias arrumaram o apto, no quarto dia nem isto fizeram o que faz a estadia ser um desapontamento, caso não tivéssemos levado nosso próprio sabonete teríamos que comprar!

A localização é boa, mas o hotel é muito antigo, as toalhas são pequenas e finas, não vale a pena o preço que eles cobram, deveria ser bem mais barata.

Eu e a esposa nos hospedamos no hotel San Santhiago, excelente recepção quem nós recebeu foi a Joice e a Elena , pessoas educadas, prestativas nos orientou até onde almoçar bem e barato, desde a recepção até o pessoal da limpeza muito educados, quarto estilo retrô muito limpos, sem falar do excelente e completo café da manhã , foi tão bom que ficamos mais um dia, recomendo

Hotel maravilhoso

Ótimos recepcionistas, café da manhã excelente, piscina maravilhosa, localização central e próxima aos pontos turísticos. Quartos com estilo vintage. Os únicos problemas foram o wi-fi que não funcionava bem e a TV que era muito antiga e tinha imagem ruim. O restante foi tudo maravilhoso.
