If you prefer golf, it is just 8 minutes’ walk up the road to the Links.
Comprising 3 bedrooms, a central bathroom, and a newly renovated open plan kitchen, dining and living area with plenty of seating for entertaining including the 6-seater dining table and bar stools at the kitchen bench. The kitchen offers all new appliances including electric stove top and oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pod machine.
There are portable fans to keep cool on the hot days and gas heating during the cooler months. Outside there is a large back yard with BBQ and outdoor setting with umbrella, well suited for family meals during the Summer months.
A great holiday house for a relaxing getaway, with linen included all you need to bring is your beach towel.
