Im a timeshare owner so Ive stayed at this property many times. I had to book third party because of a late reservation attempt through my timeshare. Although I was compensated for the change in my reservation it still resulted in my card being over charged $1000 for the second room. Ive received half of my money back before checking out but im still waiting for hold release for the other half. Not the best experience. If my timeshare is not available in the future for reservations, I simply will not book a reservation for this property outside of my timeshare option
