Wonderful waterfront home on a sportsman’s paradise island. You will find great hunting, fishing, boating, hiking. Enjoy nature at its finest. This historic home, sitting on the shore of Lake Huron, was the home of The BBI Yacht Club for many years. The renovated home is a combination of new and old consisting of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room with a stone fireplace, a dining room large enough to accommodate guests, a large L shaped screened porch. This spacious home sits on 120 feet of Lake Huron on one acre +/-. Everything you need is here. Truly an “On The Golden Pond” experience.
