The property itself was quite new and the bed was comfortable. There was only a shear curtain and there looked to be a block out screen that was supposed to come down. It was broken. I did advise them but heard nothing back so I’d suggest that you bring eye masks if you want to sleep because there’s lights outside. Shower is beautiful but water was warm. There was a kettle but no glasses or cups. It is only new though, so maybe the owners are just getting used to things or getting it set up. It was nice and close to the older beaches and restaurants so once those things are fixed, it’ll be an amazing little Your Property

Ideal for gap year

Location is amazing. Room is clean and well conditioned. Larger parking would be great though...

Our reservation was for a rooftop duplex room with a view. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were unfortunately accommodated in a different room in a different building. We were very tired and accepted it without complaining. So, we didn't really care about the view.room clean .

Clean and safe. Staff was very nice and helpful. Stayed for 2 nights. Beach was at a walkable distance and had many restaurants and cafes nearby

stayed at Hotel Olive in Vlorë from September 6–8, 2025 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it. On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking. The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
