The hot tub was very hot! Felt amazing at first but couldn't stay in long but better than cold so no complaint there. the surface area to sit in hot tub was rough but I used a towel to sit on and fixed that 🙂. Was very clean and felt good. The pool was cold cold but clean and nice!!! The room could use a deep clean- I bring cleaner and clean my room before we start unpacking and after wiping desk, entertainment center, phone, end table , table, chairs seats and headboard etc the rag was visible filthy. Bedding was nice, clean and comfortable. Fridge was a bit dirty but I cleaned it, headboard had hand prints on it, I wiped it down. Food was Really good but containers covering food and misc could use a wipe down really good like the cover for the eggs, juice machine, etc. Room keys kept not working (but easily fixed) and phone didn't work to call front desk. Outside door leading into building on left end not secure. Stays open for anyone to walk in so that was a little unnerving. Overall though we enjoyed the stay. Everyone was friendly and the view on back side out our room (because it held memories for me) was amazing. Pretty upset that you can't smoke outside on the balcony because it's outside and shouldn't be an issue, I had to go to my car where I felt unsafe late at night walking to and from.

Yes everything was exactly as described! Really a nice place to stay.

I love staying here. The staff is very friendly and understanding. The only thing that could make the stays here better is if they had a breakfast.

Clean room ...

The fire alarm went off about 12-20 times in the middle of the night! There was banging and hollering going on half the night and I had to walk through clouds of pot smoke to get in the door when bringing in my luggage. I stayed here because I had a good experience a year before, but this time was much worse. I just wanted a quiet, comfortable place to sleep for the night for our college visit. Nothing fancy, just the basics for an affordable price. The price was much higher than I would normally pay for this level of hotel, but I thought it would be worth it because of my previous experience. It most certainly was not worth it. Not only did I not get any sleep thanks to the noise and fire alarm, but the breakfast had no tongs to pick up any of the food items and there was only a small pitcher of milk for the cereal. The light fixture in the bathroom was completely rusted out and the parking lot verged on feeling unsafe with people sitting in their cars, stsnding by the door smoking pot, and some lady carrying bags around and talking to herself. Overall, a very poor experience.
