Characteristic independent apartment on two levels with exclusive terrace set up for outdoor dining with attic. It is located in the center of the town a few steps from the sea. It has two bathrooms and the appliances are completely new. It is possible to add up to two extra beds on request, for a total of six beds.
The price includes the whole structure, for a total of about 75 sqm, fully furnished, recently renovated.
Respect of the basic rules of good neighborliness, avoid shouting and screaming and of course not damage the structure and furnishings located. From 01/01/2018 the Tourist Tax is applied for 1 euro from 01/11 to 31/03 and 2 euro from 01/04 to 31/10. Children under 14 are excluded. From 01.01.2018 is applied the City Tax. That Tax is 1 euro per person from 01/11 to 31/03 and of 2 euro per person from 01/04 to 31/10. Children under 14 years old do not pay that tax.
As it is located in the center, it is very close to all public means of communication. There are also public parking spaces available at a charge, not in the immediate vicinity.
