This charming villa is ideal for a small family or group of friends, situated just 1.5 kms from old town Pollenca yet still providing an authentic rural setting with spectacular mountain scenery and countryside views.
Can Piña greets its guests with a delightful garden brimming with a concoction of colourful plants in terracotta pots, lush Mediterranean shrubbery and swaying palm trees. A small lawn sits to one side of the pool and with poolside barbecue and shady alfresco dining area positioned perfectly in order to relish the scene as it unfolds, lazy afternoons will conjure up many fond memories to take back home.
The interior reflects a traditional Pollenca home, with open plan living and dining area connected to a well-equipped kitchen, by way of an arch with small breakfast bar, with pantry and door to the outside terrace.
