schlechter Zustand

permanent laut bellender Hund nebenan, fließendes Wasser nicht immer verfügbar, Küchenausstattung veraltet und unvollständig, insgesamt sehr abgewohnte Immobilie, Reinigung des Pools funktionierte nicht immer, TT Platte und Billiard nicht funktionsfähig ( wurde auf Wunsch ausgetauscht)
