Hibiscus is a charming bungalow, located on the second line of Puerto Pollensa beach, ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea.



Surrounded by a pleasant terrace, the dwelling offers various outdoor spaces to enjoy in good company: from comfortable rocking chairs for moments of rest, to an outdoor dining area sheltered by an awning, perfect for long after-meal gatherings.



The interior of the house stands out for its spaciousness and luminosity. The living room, with a cosy central fireplace and air conditioning with heat pump, is furnished with a row of sofas designed to gather all guests. It also has a large television with satellite and internet channels. The adjacent dining room has a long table for eight people and a matching sideboard, all bathed in natural light that enters through a large window.



The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, includes a dishwasher, microwave and everything necessary to prepare your favourite recipes. Additionally, it has direct access to the terrace, which makes it especially practical.



The three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The main bedroom has a double bed and is especially bright. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 200 cm). On this floor, there is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and double washbasin.

This house was perfect for a vacation for two families (one baby each). Steps from the beach, short walk to restaurants, beautiful patio, everything we needed. We hope to return next year!

Von „entzückend“ ist die Wohnung weit entfernt. Mobiliar im Außenbereich ist veraltet, Metallsessel verrostet, Liegen durchgehangen, Stoff fleckig.Bis auf das Sofa im Innern alles mind. 40 Jahre alt einschl. Küche. Dreckige und schimmelige Ablagerungen, etc.Ausführungen sind aber nebensächlich in Anbetracht der der Tatsache, dass die Wohnung komplett feucht war, da half auch kein Raumspray. Nach ein paar Tagen sahen wir die überstrichenen Feuchteschäden im gesamten Sockelbereich. Beginnend im Wohnbereich hinter dem Sofa, als auch im gesamten Aussenwandbereich der Schlafzimmer, einschl. In den Einbauschränken. Alles war feucht und Putz platzte ab.Einen Vormittag kam das Wasser aus allen Leitungen (Bad, Küche) und floss nicht mehr ab. Ebenso kam das Wasser aus einem Kanaldeckel im Aussenbereich der Terrasse. Teilbereiche des Sockels außen haben langfristig Feuchteverfärbungen. Nach Stunden und etlichen Telefonaten mit der Agentur „Mallorca Villa Selection“ kam der Eigentümer und wusste genau, was zu tun ist!Das Haus darf nicht bewohnt werden; Gesundheitsschäden sind vorprogrammiert. So sind 2 Personen nach 2 Tagen an einer bakteriellen Infektionen der Atemwege erkrankt, die Arztbesuch und Einnahme von Antibiotika notwendig machten. Das war der schlimmste Urlaub, den wir je hatten mit Folgen über den Urlaub hinaus. Die Unterkunft wird irreführenden beschrieben.Es geht es nicht um Preis- Leistung, sondern um überhaupt Bewohnbarkeit.
