In less than 10 minutes by car you will reach the old town of Pollensa where you will find a wide variety of traditional shops and restaurants. In addition several excellent beaches are also just a short drive from villa Martorellet, both in the nearby Cala San Vicente, and in the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa.
This villa has a real authentic feel to it as you enter. The living room has home entertainment with comfy seating. The dining room gives a farmhouse feel with its wooden beam ceiling and the kitchen is well equipped and leads out onto a shaded terrace which has al fresco dining facilities with a brick-built barbecue, sun loungers and parasols. There is also a utility room equipped with a washing machine.
