Precious house 50 metres from the sandy beach of Cala Molins in Cala San Vicente. Can Botana House 4 has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two individual nest beds (1 underneath the other). It also has 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower. There is a balcony with chairs and tables for outdoor dining and enjoying the views offered by Cala Molins. We offer a total of 4 identical terraced houses (numbers 2, 3, 4, 7) for holiday rental, all in the same complex with a communal swimming pool, with modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning in all rooms including the living and dining area. All houses have WiFi internet access. Cala San Vicente has shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and can be easily reached on foot. It is an ideal place for all beach lovers looking for comfortable, peaceful and contemporary accommodation.



The community swimming pool has dimensions of 8 x 4, depth 1.80 x .70m shared between 8 houses.

Trato inmejorable de lujo.

La atención durante mi estancia (5 semanas), ha sido de auténtico lujo. Llevo más de 10 años yendo a Baleares y es el mejor sitio en ese aspecto. La casa está muy bien situada, a escasos 100 metros de la playa Cala Comins, en el poblado de Cala San Vicente. La piscina comunitaria y muy bien cuidada le dá el sol la práctica totalidad del día y el agua está más caliente que en el mar (dos grados aprox). En la zona excelentes restaurantes de primer nivel (Casa Modesto, y Cal Patró), y otros que tampoco están nada mal (La tasca). La casa tiene de todo y es muy cómoda, con AA y todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Tiene vistas al mar, lo que permite ver el estado de la misma y resulta agradable asomarse a la terraza. En resumen excelente opción para los que deseen un verano tranquilo, sin ruidos, sin vecinos molestos y sin las aglomeraciones de otros sitios. Por otra parte está cerca de Pollensa,, Pto. Pollensa y de Alcudia y Pto de Alcudia, si se desea buscar comercio o ambiente.
