The 180m2 Ca la Pradina is located in Pollença, a small town in the northern part of the island of Majorca in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a DVD player, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).
Guests can enjoy the view from their balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the open terrace, both for private use. The outdoor area also has a pool and a grill, for private use as well.
The apartment is just a 5 minute (1 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues. The apartment is just a 13 minute (8.5 km) drive from such beautiful beaches as the Playa del Port de Pollença and the Platja Cala Barques. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Puig de Maria and the La Mola hiking areas, just a 3 to 10 minute (1 to 7.5 km) drive from the apartment.
