Villa Cuarterades is situated in a quiet residential area called La Font, located off the road that runs between Pollensa and Puerto Polllensa.This beautiful finca nestles peacefully on the slopes of the “Serra del Norte” mountain range, surrounded by old oak trees, almond and olive trees making this an oasis for a traditional Mallorquin holiday experience.



Villa Cuarterades has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

You enter the property into the lounge area, with comfortable sofas and large flat screen, SMART TV so that you can access your NETFLIX and AMAZON accounts. There is a separate dining room with a big table for 8 people with lots of natural light, and direct access to the BBQ and garden. Also leading from the dining area is a fully fitted kitchen, well equipped for your self-catering holiday.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms with walk in shower. One of the bathrooms is ensuite, the other is a family bathroom.



Upstairs is reached by a round staircase, complete with handrail, and fitted with a stairgate at the top and at the bottom. There there is a quiet area here, with comfortable seating and traditional style coffee table. There are 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. In addition, there is a large exterior terrace, an ideal place to watch the sun go down.



There is plenty of outside space, with exterior table and chairs, with direct access to the BBQ and kitchen.



The large pool, is surrounded by sunbeds and an additional covered seating area. A lawned area, with natural shade is the ideal spot for children to play or move your sunbed into the shade for a quiet siesta!



The villa benefits from Air Conditioning in all the bedrooms, WIFI throughout the house and a table tennis table.

Enjoyable stay.

Excellent property. Property agents easy to correspond with, with good and accurate communication. The only niggle was the fiddly gate locks. Initially it appears that the key does not fit, but with perseverance you get the knack of it. A very enjoyable stay.

The property is very comfortable with beautiful gardens which I loved . It’s very quiet and the mountain setting is lovely. Ants a bit of a problem in the kitchen but you just have to be very careful and keep everything clean. We had a lovely week - it was just what we needed.

Beautiful villa holiday

The villa was lovely, the pictures do not do the view and villa justice. I would definitely stay here again. There was a ping pong table which the kids loved, gave them something else to do on an evening. Beautiful villa, good communication with property manager. Over all 5 star rating

Schöner Pool und Garten, Haus sehr einfach

Positiv: Garten, Pool Negativ: sehr alt und einfach, schlechte Reinigung, sehr schlechte Ausstattung, Küche schlechte Ausstattung, das Wohnzimmer ist eigentlich die Eingangshalle und ist sehr dunkel und ungemütlich; ein Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und nur für Kinder geeignet; Matratze von einem Schlafzimmmer ist sehr alt und nicht akzeptabel; das Haus hat ein Ameisenproblem, man kann Essen nur im Kühlschrank aufbewahren; wir würden dieses Haus ganz sicher nicht mehr buchen.

Schöner Urlaub mit wenig abstrichen

Die Finca liegt mindestens 2 km von Pollenca entfernt was für uns kein Problem wahr da wir Fahrräder hatten ansonsten benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto Die Finca selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen jedoch gut unterhalten Der Garten und Pool sind super ruhig gelegen es sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und sind somit das Prunkstück Kommunikation mit der Agentur wahr gut und problemlos Alles in allem schöner Urlaub

Tolles Haus, tolle Aussenanlage, tolle Lage, Verwaltung katastrophal

Die Finca, der Pool und das Grundstück sind grandios. Die Innenaustattung lässt, vor allem in der Küche, etwas zu wünschen übrigt (keine Pfanne...). Völlig unfähig ist jedoch die Verwaltung JS Properties. Schon im Vorfeld werden die immer gleichen Fragen per mail gestellt, offenbar liest niemand die Antworten. Bei der Berechnung der Toursimus-Tax haben sie versucht, falsche Beträge zu kassieren. Die Finca selber war nicht sauber, z.T. sehr ekelhafte Reste der Vornutzer in den Bädern....Ein per mail und am Telefon zugesager Wäschewechsel (wegen Gastwechsel) wurde nicht durchgeführt, und zum kam Abschluss der Versuch, die vertraglich vereinbarte Check-Out Zeit vorzuzuverlegen. Das war mein sechster Aufenthalt in der Finca, und wenn man mit einer etwas bescheidenen Innenaustattung leben kann, ist das ein wunderbarer Ort. Mit dieser Verwaltung ist leider kein Blumentopf zu gewinnen, man ägert sich täglich.
