This exceptional rustic finca is located next to Pollensa golf course in the picturesque north of Mallorca; surrounded by impressive grounds and mature gardens it offers total peace and privacy, making it a perfect holiday getaway.



The historic old town of Pollensa is just 2.5km away, with convenient supermarkets, local shops, restaurants, and a weekly Sunday market.  In addition, the finca is around 5km from the crystal-clear waters of Pollensa Bay and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, ideal for water sports and family activities.



Within the well-kept gardens is a private pool with its own removable pool fence and a spacious sunbathing area, a summer kitchen which includes a sink, fridge and built barbecue, there are also plenty of seating areas and terraces, complete with tables and chairs for alfresco dining.  For sport lovers there is also a perfectly maintained tennis court where you can take part in a bit of friendly competition. The tennis court is for the exclusive use of guests.



The main house has a grand entrance hall featuring an original oil mill and unique alcove seating, this leads to a large living room with two separate seating areas and a cosy fireplace which has direct access to the covered terrace. There is a spectacular dining room with enough seating for large groups, a comfortable tv room, guest bathroom and extraordinary kitchen with seating area, an island, modern appliances, and pantry.



This level is also home to an en suite bedroom with dressing room as well as two further bedrooms which share a bathroom, all of which benefit from direct access to the pretty gardens.



On the first floor is another bright living room with large TV and a fireplace, it leads to the upper terrace with relaxing outdoor seating and fabulous views of the estate and surrounding mountains.  This floor also has an impressive study, an en suite bedroom with terrace access and a magnificent master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom, dressing room and private terrace.





Please be aware:

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person

- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

- the caretaker lives within the grounds of the property
