Located on the second and last floor of a modern building facing the sea, the elegant Sivella Seafront Apartment enjoys one of the most exclusive locations in Puerto de Pollensa and is very close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach right at your doorstep! With 2 bedrooms, large living room, terrace, private parking and even an additional solarium on the roof, this apartment is designed to impress!The interior of the apartment is modern, elegant and recently decorated to offer an even enhanced holiday experience. Additionally, being located on a corner plot, it allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day, providing a great sense of space and freedom. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and another with a double bed, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa. The family bathroom has a bathtub with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment has air conditioning (at fixed hours, from 2pm-4am and from 8pm-8am).The large doors open onto the front terrace, which allows enjoying impressive views of the sandy beach, the promenade and Pollensa Bay. A flight of stairs also leads to the roof terrace, a private area that enjoys the most sensational views and plenty of additional space. For the comfort of our guests, even if a car is not necessary on this property, there is private (enclosed) parking available on-site free of charge.The tourist tax is included in the price.Important information to keep in mind:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
