Can Mir Ruth is a truly unique gem in the heart of Puerto Pollensa: detached, charming, with a newly added private pool, surrounded by extensive private grounds, yet located just a couple of steps away from the sandy beach. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large common areas, this fully air-conditioned villa can sleep up to 5 guests in totally renovated interiors, mixing the charm of the traditional Mallorcan villas with the most modern comforts. With a wide array of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions in close proximity, a car will not be essential!



Inside, the villa is set over one floor, it offers a comfortable lounge with dining area, a separate kitchen (with adjoining laundry room), a superb double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub + shower over), a twin bedroom, a useful single bedroom and a family shower room. The whole villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).



Outside the villa is surrounded by beautiful terraces and gardens with lawn, perfect for sunbathing, playing or enjoying a delicious dinner. The newly added private pool measures 5.5m x 3.5m and depth is between 1m and 1.8m. Access is via Roman Steps. Comfortable sunbeds and shades are provided for the guests. Table, chairs and barbecue are also provided to enjoy unforgettable evenings all together. But with such a unique location just steps away from the sea, the choice will be hard!



At the back of the villa there is an outbuilding used as a storage room, therefore not occupied and not interfering with the privacy of the guests staying at Can Mir Ruth.
