The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with an oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and a living room with access to the terrace and garden and a shower room, washbasin and washer-dryer. On the upper floor there are three rooms (two doubles and one single), a room to store junk and luggage. It also has a terrace overlooking the sea and an external side staircase that connects with the garden.

It is a very quiet area, since it has a forest at the back of the house and is 20 meters from the beach. Ideal holiday home and for sports lovers, as it allows water sports, cycling, hiking, fishing and many others.
