The holiday home "Can Bennassar" is located in the beautiful Cala San Vicente, a small residential area of Pollensa and just a few meters from one of the most beautiful coves in the north of Mallorca. It is owned by a well-known Mallorcan artist (painter - sculptor). For this reason, his works abound, decorating each of the rooms in the house.



The house has some beautiful gardens, full of green, with grass, climbing plants, cacti and other plants that provide the home with a special comfort. All of this strategically furnished with sun loungers, chill out area with sofas and umbrellas, a barbecue hut and, of course, a table with chairs so that the 6 adults staying can enjoy their breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors.



The living room stands out for its large window with views of the garden, which lets in natural light and its very comfortable sofa for resting and watching TV. In addition, it has direct access to the terrace and also to the spacious dining room. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher to make their stay as comfortable as possible.



The house has a room with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds each. All of them have a ceiling fan. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.



Despite being very close to the beach, the property has spectacular panoramic mountain views. Quirky pleasant villa in lovely Cala Sam Vicenc

We loved the quirkiness and art around the property and thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay there. We were surprised the second bathroom was outside, although this wasn’t an issue in the good weather. One concern was that someone was living in flat under the villa and this came as an unwelcome surprise on first night when we first heard noises. However, I repeat we all enjoyed the property.

Der Garten war der Hammer! Hier haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fast ausschließlich aufgehalten. Das Haus an sich bräuchte dringend mal ein paar Updates... Die Bäder sind super veraltet, das Geschirr schon super kalkig/milchig von der Geschirrspülmaschine und die Betten leider total durchgelegen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ansonsten super schön. Fußläufig zum Strand und auch mit netten Restaurants und kleinen Supermärkten in der Nähe ausgestattet.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Künstlerflair.

Dieses Haus ist sehr besonders durch die vielen Bilder, Kunstwerke und schönen Pflanzen und den vielen Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Ein Hof im Schatten mit Aussenküche, eine Terrasse mit Blick in den Sternenhimmel. Alles sehr gepflegt! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir lieben den Ort und die Umgebung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Schön, aber verbesserungsbedürftig

Die Wohnung ist nur 2 Minuten von einem schönen Sandstrand entfernt und hat einen sehr gepflegten und gemütlichen Außenbereich und Garten, sowie tolle moderne Kunst in allen Räumen, die für eine ganze Galerie ausreichen würde. Wir dürften auch früher einchecken Uns fehlten aber einige Gegenstände des alltäglichen Bedarfs, wie z.b. Küchentücher, Spülmittel, Spüllappen, Salz, zusätzliche Mülltüten etc. Auf unsere Mail diesbezüglich bekamen wir keine Rückmeldung. Hausbesitzer meinte, wir sollten auch Waschmittel kaufen, allerdings bekamen wir doch zumindest das Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Holzschneidebrett war mit Leim verschmiert, was erst beim Spülen sichtbar wurde. Wir hatten drei mal Stromausfall, durch Föhn und Ofen Nutzung.

Sehr schönes Haus, ein Auto sollte man aber haben

Schönes Haus mit sehr schöner Außenanlage. Leider etwas laut. Der Ort ist auch nicht so schön aber mit Auto überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben am Abend unsere schöne Terrasse genutzt.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir waren zu dritt mit Kind in diesem Haus . Das Haus war sehr schön und wir haben alles wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Da die Nächte schon etwas kälter waren, brauchten wir extra Decken , die uns sofort am gleichen Tag gebracht wurden . Service durch die Agentur war auch super. Babybett etc. Alles war wie gewünscht da. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, ideal für Familien. Terrassen und Garten waren auch toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
