La Punta Pericas has had a total reform this year. This pretty villa has a new American style kitchen, three bedrooms, two with en-suite and one double bedroom with access to a family bathroom with bathtub.



This pretty, private house, ideally located on a large plot in Pollensa, just a few minutes away from Puerto Pollensa and the famous bay of Cala San Vicente. La Punta Pericas is a single level house, therefore suitable for families with children or older people. The interior is fresh and modern, clean and comfortable.



There is an open plan living dining area with comfortable sofas and dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is also open plan with modern units, stainless steel fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. All of the bedrooms is air conditioned. There are also electric low consumption radiators for cooler weather at the beginning and end of the season.



There is a brick built barbecue area with dining table, perfect for alfresco dining. This area also has a shower room.

The villa also has a large covered terrace at the entrance with dining furniture and relaxing sofa. Sun beds surround the pool in beautifully maintained garden and there is a ping pong table for extra entertainment.



La Punta Pericas is the perfect place to relax with family and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.

Brilliant villa
