If you are seeking somewhere special, far from the madding crowd, with the luxury of your own large pool in a very nice location, then this is the perfect choice. Can Reus is a new house which has been lovingly built and furnished by the owners and it is so much more than a holiday home. It is located in the heart of rural Mallorca, yet less than 10 minute driving from the ancient and picturesque town of Pollensa where there is a good choice of restaurants, pavement cafés, local shops and a colourful Sunday morning market. As the house is built on one level all the rooms, pool and gardens are easily accessible. The interiors throughout are wonderfully furnished mixing traditional Mallorcan design with contemporary style. As you enter the house you will find a bright living room with glass doors that faces the back covered terrace, very convenient for family meals and relaxing from breakfast right through the evening.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment.
