This traditional Mallorcan style house is located in a quiet area in the countryside, yet a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. The open plan living/dining area has a TV and DVD player, there is also Wifi in the villa. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and microwave. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is one single bedroom downstairs. The double and twin have air conditioning. There is a modern bathroom with walk in shower upstairs and downstairs there is a shower room too. Outside there is ample space to relax with covered terraces, barbecue area and dining table and chairs and a large green lawned area. The swimming pool, with roman steps, is surrounded by shrubs and hedges. A perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Mallorcan summer.
