The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and a pantry, is located just next to the living room, and has direct access to the terrace by the pool, thus facilitating outdoor meals. From the living room, an arch leads to the three spacious bedrooms of the villa, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other two, also double, with single beds, which share a family bathroom. The interiors have been renovated with great care, creating an elegant and modern atmosphere, ideal for comfortable and relaxing holidays.The exterior of the villa is equally impressive. A wide patio extends along one side of the house, offering views of the gardens and surrounding countryside, providing a sense of peace and privacy. The large terrace surrounding the pool is the perfect place to enjoy the sun during the day, relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are also very close, with beautiful beaches and a wide range of water sports and outdoor activities.In summary, Villa Molinas is the ideal choice for those seeking a quiet and private villa, in a natural setting, but with easy access to all the amenities that northern Mallorca has to offer.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
