Beds were comfy although "queen" beds are more "full" sizes. The fitness room was spectacular! The pool was great. The ocean side / brach area is super private which was nice. The dining options were good for the hotel but expensive. Drinks and good overall were really good.

This is an extremely nice resort. The staff is great. The Property is clean. On the weekends they have some nice entertainment. The only drawback is that if you want to get to San Juan, it’s about an hour and a half drive. The drive itself is easy. Smooth highways.

Our chicken was very quick, but not thorough. We didn’t get a map of the property, an explanation of parking, or and purpose of orange wristbands we were given. We did, however, thoroughly enjoy our stay at the hotel. It has a relaxed, family atmosphere. The service in the dining rooms was not very efficient, nor was the food was great, but the atmosphere made up for it. We enjoyed the local entertainment on Friday and Saturday night. Would come again.

Didn’t get the room level we paid for and staff seemed shady about trying to switch us the next day, saying both times they “just gave the last one away 30 minutes prior.” Housekeeping didn’t replenish all types of towels so went without washcloths for days. Shower was handicap accessible but only the sprayer worked, not the shower head. Room was filled with moths every day. Other staff throughout facility were friendly. Bar and grill took 2 hours to get food, likely due to room service orders. Food was great tho!
