Room door was off. You could actually see in or out the room from 2 different spots. We covered with our luggage and towel. Bed had a single bedsheet for dressing. Towels were missing wash towels, step towel and hand towrl that are usually in hotel rooms. Seem like only one person was on duty. We asked for some of these items and she was back and forth 3 times. Window air conditioner sounded like a mack truck. Oh and when we checked in we had to walk down the aisle of a wedding that was going on to get to elevator. That was kind of embarrassing to disrupt their event. Overall it was great to be close to where we wanted to be, parking in back and also clean as we walked in, but it ended there. The actual important stuff was atrocious.

Hotel needs updates and maintenance

Rooms weren’t ready and we were on the 3 rd floor and no elevators were working . No blankets, not enough towels and no coffee, not even outside the hotel and no coffee is no fun if your a coffee person

The perfect location, too bad they don’t take care of little things like toilet paper holder off the wall, towel rack also came apart. The usual only elevator not working. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. They did an excellent job with the hotel full of guests, the parking, etc. lovely hotel.
