I made the reservation after 10:30 pm thru the app with the option to pay at the hotel, and when I arrived to the hotel the only one in the front desk was the security officer; he told me there's no one there to assist me & that I had to make the reservation & make the payment before 10 pm.

I was on a 4 night. There was no water, it return my las day at the stay. No hot water, hotel said they have internet. None of the clerks knew the password, when they find the pass, the internet didnt work. Everything on the hotel was old. The hoise keeping only cones when you left the hotel. For the price paid it was a terrible experience, im adking for a refund.

This was not a good experience. The hotel had no water for 2 days. They didn’t even offer some gallons of water so we can shower. We had to purchase water bottles. The TV never worked because no internet. Room needs a lot of upgrades

I'm sorry, I never do this, but it was horrible. First, when I arrived at the facilities, I had doubts because the entrance was flooded. When I got there, the staff were kind, but when I entered the room, it was terrible—the stench of mold and humidity was overwhelming. The air was hot and full of dust, it seems like maintenance hasn't been done in a long time. When I tried to turn on the light near the coffee maker, it didn’t work. There was no water or cups to make coffee. When I went into the bathroom, there was no water pressure—neither hot nor cold. The bathtub was dirty and moldy, but the worst part was the unbearable stench. What guarantee was there that the water would even come back hot? I had trouble breathing and experienced fatigue caused by all those odors and dust. I left and returned the key, and I informed the staff. They said that around midnight there was a malfunction and the house manager was working on it. It’s impossible to stay in such an unsuitable place. In front of the room, there were dogs and cats.

The first room was horrible, dirty, to much dust, “There was droppings from some kind of pest in the TV area. I have to go to back to front desk and ask for another room, the second one was better but the outside area was horrible. The stub water was too hot, I could not control it. It were hard to get a good bath. I just leave the hotel early in the morning.

Lo único bueno de este "hotel" es las empleadas del Front Desk que son bastante amables y el matre era descentemente cómodo. Dejando eso a un lado,,, las facilidades están muy descuidadas. La maquina de hielo no funciona y las habitaciones no tienen nevera, tampoco hay internet ni teléfono en las habitaciones so, si necesitas algo te toca caminar al front desk. Yo reservé una habitación de 2 camas y me dieron una con solo 1 cama, lámparas con telarañas y la habitación con humedad visible. Las habitaciones parece que nunca las han pintado o cambiado los muebles. En fin, esas habitaciones no valen ni la mitad de lo que cuesta la noche.
