-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Any damage to property furnishings which exceeds deposit amount will be billed to the guest
-We want all of guests to be respectful of neighbours, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without a refund
-Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited animals. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help
-No smoking – also don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky
-No eating of food in bedrooms
-Remove your shoes whilst indoors
-Indoor furniture is not be be re-arranged or used in different spaces
-Recycle – trash will not be collected if we don't recycle properly. Please follow the instructions on recycling from Pictou County at the back of this booklet and located on the fridge
-Keep all windows and doors closed to reduce mosquitoes inside and to conserve electricity (the heat pump is set automatically to warm or cool the air)
-Please be mindful of the heat –Turn off thermostats if not needed
