Overall, the property was perfect for our group. The value of the property was well in line with the area and the accommodations. Parking was plentiful without any challenges. It was a close walk to the beach with a few restaurant options within walking distance. Centrally located on the island in a safe neighborhood.

Awesome place, spacious and great amenities including kitchen, utensils, silverware and appliances. Great spaces indoor and outdoor for gatherings. The only issue we faced was the room situation. 5 rooms were great and so were the bathrooms. The other two bedroom ceilings were low and had to crouch. Would have been ideal for children but we had 13 adults and struggled a bit. Also the attic room was too warm to sleep in. The washing machine and dryer and space to dry clothes were awesome. Overall excellent place, great location and well furnished. Would recommend highly.

Great place for a large family

We had a wonderful stay. The house had many bedrooms and beds as well as a pull out couch. They provided a baby cot and high chair which was helpful. The location was 15 minutes driving to Ponta Delgada and less than 5 minute walk down to the beach and nearby restaurants. The host kindly provided wine, milk and snacks for our arrival. There were some plumbing issues but the host quickly took care of it and was incredibly responsive to our questions. Parking was extremely easy with a driveway for one car and street parking for the others. We were 30 minutes away from the west coast and east coast making day trips very easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay João and Selma!

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay! The location of the home made it easy to get around. It was very peaceful. The only disadvantages, we found out after our arrival that cats have been in the residence and we had individuals with severe allergies. We had a group of 12 so it would have been helpful to have adequate toilet paper provided. There was also an ant issue at night no matter how well we cleaned up and stored food items. They did provide beach towels and hiking sticks. Overall, great experience!
