Rooms were very nice and they also gave us complimentary bottle of wine. Service was nice but we had dinner only once. The views from the dinning room and the pool were spectacular! If you like quaint and quiet place, this is the place.

The area is beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The walking trail behind the resort also holds breathtaking views. This was my best stay during my entire Azores trip and would recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier, welcoming stay.

The place was in excellent location. I wish the room had some drovers to put your clothes. May try to use solar system to warm up the outdoor pool which was really nice.

A wonderful place with magnificent views. Staff were kind and courteous, quick to answer any questions. My room was clean, with great views on the ocean side. Indoor pool area was clean, and you can access the outdoor pool after taking the stairway to it. Breakfast staff kept the food coming. I don’t remember having to wait for anything from the breakfast buffet. Quality of the breakfast food was good as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I think this hotel is one of the best on island. From first minute (arrive at 7:00 am) staff was very helpful and accommodating. Diego made coffee for us and gave printed guide for island. They make early check in and late check out for us without any problem. View of ocean is amazing. Easy access to ocean (I would not swim there, too dangerous). You have to have a car to go around. Beach is close. Everything is close if you have a car. Driving in small towns is a nightmare. Roads too narrow. Restaurant on property is great, but bar is way too expensive compare to other restaurants.

We stayed for just 4 days... we came in early.. 8am but luckily our room was empty and they let us check in which was fantastic. It was very quiet.. fantastic walking paths right out the door along the cliffs. Great views... it rained one morning so we took advantage of the spa, gym and pool.. then the sun came out and we were off! Only 20 minutes to the city by cab.. the front desk helped us out alot! Very friendly and pleasant.
