Hotel X Review: My stay at Hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive service. The breakfast was satisfactory, although the juices were watery. We opted for the best suite, but we found the mirror glass broken and two jets of the whirlpool not working, which was disappointing.

Quiero relatar uma experiência negativa durante minha estadia no Hotel Barbur. O hotel em geral precisa de melhorias. O atendimento no check-in foi bom, mas no dia seguinte houve um problema com um atendente da recepção chamado Dalto. Solicitei uma extensão no check-out e fui informado por Dalto de que poderia sair até as 13h ou pagar meia diária para sair às 18h. Como estava usando dois quartos (um para mim e outro para meus filhos), avisei que ficaria com um e o outro faria check-out. Dalto me passou o valor da meia diária, aceitei e tudo parecia resolvido. No entanto, mais tarde, Dalto voltou atrás e me informou que, devido aos meus filhos estarem no outro quarto, seria necessário cobrar uma diária inteira para eu sair até as 18h. Essa mudança foi abrupta e gerou grande constrangimento. Ele disse que "seria assim e pronto" e que "não se importava em perder clientes", pois era a regra do hotel. Inclusive meu filho menor esta comigo neste momento, e foi bastante humilhante, chegando ao ponto de ele falar que não queria mais ficar ali no hotel, pois o atentente foi extremamente arrogante e incoerente com o que ele mesmo já havia alinhado. Essa atitude foi desrespeitosa e comprometeu a imagem do hotel. Em um momento onde as empresas investem em fidelização de clientes, essa postura inadequada é inaceitável. Estou certo que não fui o primeiro e nem serei o último a passar por uma situação destas devido a profissionais mal preparados e sem nenhum foco no cliente.

A água da piscina externa é muito fria, pode estar 40° ficando inviável entrar, podendo utilizar apenas a piscina fechada. Deveriam investir em aquecimento dessa piscina externa, pelo menos para amenizar a água que é muito gelada.
