No geral foi muito satisfatório. O problema é que o hotel não responde as mensagens e não respeita as observações do app. Fiz a reserva com cartão de crédito pq é obrigatório para reservar. Coloquei a observação de pagar na propriedade. Qdo fomos fazer checkout já haviam lançado no cartão de reserva. Tbem coloquei observação de quarto alto de frente para o rio e chegando lá não estava reservado. Eles estipulam os quartos por ordem de chegada. Se chegássemos mais tarde capaz de não ter mais quarto pra nós.

Estadia bonita, limpa e moderna

Atendimento da recepção rápido, cama boa, limpeza boa, lugar para colocar a mala no quarto, tomada dos dois lados da cama, apenas o acústico entre os quartos não é muito bom escuta bastante barulho, café da manha excelente, pao de queijo dos deuses, variedade de sucos muito bom!
