Casa San Piero is a lovely stone building with air conditioning, WiFi internet and pool. Casa San Piero is a vacation home with a total of two independent units. The property can sleep up to ten guests comfortably in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. Casa San Piero is located in the centre of San Martino, Italy and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings".

The owners live on the ground floor of CASA DEL FATTORE, while the guests are on the first floor. The two portions have separate and totally independent entrances.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the mountains and the hills perfect for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Casa San Piero is a lovely stone building that has a total of two separate apartments that is conveniently located in the centre of San Martino, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence. Casa San Piero, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, pool and WiFi internet.

Casa Del Fattore (130sq m) is a three-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can accommodate up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
