You can step outside to feel the morning breeze or watch pelicans glide low over the tide before gathering with loved ones for sunset views that stretch endlessly across the Atlantic. Sleeping arrangements
This oceanfront home sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The third-floor primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the water. Two queen bedrooms on this level share a hallway bath and feature tranquil ocean views. On the lower floor, you’ll find a second king bedroom and a spacious bunk room with two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles, a wraparound couch, coffee table, and large TV. A full bathroom on this level opens directly to the back deck, providing easy access after time on the beach.

Living spaces
The main living area opens to a sweeping 60-foot balcony with panoramic views of the Atlantic - the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening conversation. Indoors, you’ll find comfortable seating, streaming TV, and a bonus room with a desk that offers a quiet corner for reading or reflection. The home does not have a separate media room.

Kitchen & dining
A well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker makes meal prep simple. Two dining tables seat eight each, and a breakfast bar provides extra seating for four. Barbecue utensils are provided for outdoor meals on the grill.

Outdoor living
Step directly from the beachfront deck to the sand for morning walks or sunset strolls. Multiple balconies and a furnished patio invite you to unwind in the fresh sea air.

Amenities
You’ll have WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, and essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Free parking is available for three vehicles, and self check-in is easy with a keypad. Beach essentials are provided. Please note - pets are not allowed.
