This stunning apartment located on the first floor of a purpose built block with underground parking for one car. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors leading to a large balcony. Comfortable seating in the living room. The kitchen offers breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Master Bedroom with King size 5ft bed and wardrobe. En-suite shower room (walk-in shower, W.C, basin and heated towel rail) Second bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed (can be split into 2x 2ft 3ins singles on request). Family Bathroom (bath with shower over, W.C, basin and heated towel rail).
Parking - There is one parking space within the development's underground parking. (Number plate to be supplied by guest prior to arrival) 2.0m height restrictions. Vehicle charger available on a first-come, first-served basis at an extra cost.
