Dichts bijzijnde strand op 6 km. Supermarkt, café, postkantoor en kerkje op 5 minuten loopafstand van het huis. Verhuur aan maximaal 6 personen. Alles perfekt.
Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus. 4 Erwachsene und zwei Teenager. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist ein toller Grill und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Wohnzimmer und oben im Flur sind Klimaanlagen. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es zusätzlich noch Ventilatoren. Das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen, dass die Hunde nicht abhauen konnten.
In Nova Vas kann man super in der Pizzeria Essen gehen. Vor 18 Uhr kann man noch reservierern, danach muss man warten um eine Platz zu bekommen. Man kann die Pizza aber auch einfach zum Mitnehmen bestellen. Auf der Straße vom Haus Richtung Kirche ist ein kleiner Obst und Gemüsestand, die haben auch sehr leckeren Likör und Schnaps. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden bei dem man vieles bekommt, die anderen Sachen gibt es mit dem Auto 10 Minuten entfernt (Lidl immer sehr voll, Kaufladen, Plodine, Müller... und Eurospin immer recht lehr aber sehr gut sortiert). Die Kinder hatten besonders Spaß am Jetski und Kart fahren. Die Orte am Wasser sind alle recht schön und einen Abstecher wert .
Es waren schöne 2 Wochen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in guter Lage
Wir haben als Familie ( 2 Erw. 2 K.) 17 Nächte (Juli 2021) in dem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin erfolgte über What`s app. Eine ungefähre Ankunftszeit hatte ich angegeben und später aktualisiert.
Vor Ort hat uns Damir das Haus gezeigt. Die ganze Kommunikation über What`s app erfolgte immer sehr schnell. Mit Sladjana und Damir hätten wir auch einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort gehabt. Sehr toll, vielen Dank.
Ein sehr schönes und großes Haus mit Garten und Terrassen für sich alleine. Auf den Terrassen bieten die Weinpflanzen Schatten.
Das Grundstück ist komplett mit Mauer bzw. Zaun umgeben. Es gibt eine große Auffahrt, auf der auch bequem zwei Autos parken können. In der Garage befinden sich vier Fährrader.
( Gut für den kleinen Supermarkt 3 Min. , Bäckerei 4Min.)
Ein großes Einkaufzentrum ist in 10 Minuten mit PKW erreichbar)
In spätestens 15 Min. hat man einen tollen Strand erreicht.
Insgesamt sind die Strände toll. Prima zum Schnorcheln.
Vielen Dank für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Beautiful!!
Siamo stati 10 giorni in agosto. La casa è grande, provvista di tutto. Ana ci ha consigliato di visitare dei paesini non tanto lontani da nova vas (montona e grisignana) che sono proprio dei piccoli gioielli incastonati in cima ad una collina. Abbiamo acquistato olio di oliva istriano direttamente dal produttore dove ci ha consigliato Ana. Vicino alla casa c'è un minimarket fornito di tutto e il mare e' raggiungibile a 10 minuti di auto. Ci siamo trovati bene! E anche Sladjana era sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. Se possiamo ritorneremo.
