Casa Arsini is a renovated stone house located in the village of Dračevac, 8 km from Poreč and the sea. It was built at the end of the 19th century and completely renovated in 2020 with modern and rustic furniture. It is situated on its own 250 sqm plot and offers its guests a jacuzzi, sun loungers, large covered terrace with seating and private parking for 2 vehicles.
Table tennis is also available for guests and the landlord lives nearby.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people with a 120m2 living space on two floors. It consists of a spacious air-conditioned living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double room with a french bed, 1 bathroom with a shower in the hallway, a twin room with a shower/toilet and another double room with its own bathroom with a shower/toilet.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Ein schönes kleines Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen. Jacuzzi groß und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Gasgrill ist Top. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien und wir hatten uns in diese Unterkunft direkt verliebt.Man muss zwar mit dem Auto fahren wenn man irgendwo hin möchte, aber das machte uns nichts. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Der Check in mit Istrialine war absolut reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Die Gastgeberin selbst war sehr nett und alles war total unkompliziert. Uns war wichtig, dass jeder von uns einen Rückzugsort hatte, wenn jemand seine Ruhe haben möchte. Deswegen haben wir uns für diese großzügige Unterkunft entschieden. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt

Alles hat super geklappt, Kommunikation (auch auf deutsch) schnell und unkompliziert, sehr freundlich. Villa sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt, da in jedem Zimmer Klima vorhanden, richtig angenehm im Hochsommer. Vielen Dank, wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.können

Urlaub zu Ostern 2024

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Arsini. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit 3 schönen Schlafzimmern sowie Bädern. Der großzügige Wohn- Essbereich ist eine gute Mischung aus modernem und rustikalem Stil. Tolle Stein / Felswände und Holzbalken sorgen für Gemütlichkeit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist auch der Whirlpool, der täglich von der ganzen Familie (Eltern, Kindern und Großeltern) genutzt wurde.

Tolles Haus, herzliche Gastgeber

Sehr netter Empfang, kurze aber detaillierte Führung und Erklärung zum Haus, Vermieter/in jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Vermieter/in sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, kümmert sich sofort. Haus sehr schön, alles neu und sehr sauber. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad, bei einem gegenüber liegend, bei den beiden anderen direkt angeschlossen. Wir (Eltern, Großeltern , zwei Kinder, 6 und 2 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft.
